Manasa Rao

Manasa Rao heads the Legal and Finance functions at DHFI. She is a qualified Company Secretary with over 12 years of experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and governance. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the National Law School of India University (NLSIU) and is a certified Company Secretary (CS).

Her areas of expertise include Company Law, the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), and Mercantile Law.

At DHFI, Manasa has been instrumental in establishing and strengthening the financial systems, integrating MSI to ensure transparency, accountability, and robust reporting mechanisms. She plays a key role in shaping and implementing governance and ethics policies within the organization.

Prior to joining DHFI, Manasa was an independent Practicing Company Secretary, where she built a strong track record advising organizations on regulatory compliance, facilitating corporate governance initiatives, and managing complex legal and financial frameworks. Known for her solution-oriented approach, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence, she ensures the effective and timely management of legal, financial, and taxation matters while upholding the highest standards of statutory compliance and good governance.
